Spring Flings: How To Fall In Love With Your Fitness Routine

Let’s face it: after a long winter of doing the same exercises your workout routine might seem staler than a slice of day-old bread. But with beautiful spring weather here, it’s easy to reinvigorate your fitness regimen and make it more fun. Here are some ideas:

Get off the treadmill and go out on the trails.

Substitute family activities for solo routines.
